During 2002 the company designed and built a secure multi-service telecom environment in Kiev, it united over 50 production sites into a single network. In this environment voice and data are transmitted in protected mode. The transport sub-system is created on the basis of the network established by Kiev telecom providers using Frame Relay. Products utilized: Cisco Systems and Nortel Networks telecom equipment.

Year 2003. Design and development are carried out to build:

• A multi-service telecom network for the community to ensure transmission of diverse multimedia applications;
• Record keeping systems to maintain records of energy resources in the community infrastructure and to ensure automation of equipment, engineering and telecom processes;
• A comprehensive security system for population, utility and telecom facilities of the community;
• An outer light system;
• A system of e-services in entertainment, bank payments and education;
• An integrated billing system to enable payments for using utility and telecom infrastructure of the community.
