The company activity is based on the special state licenses:

the State Committee on Communication and Informatization of Ukraine:

• for construction of communication networks with mobile objects
• for construction of long-distance and local telephony networks
• for construction and maintenance service of data networks and document circulation
• rendering of telephony services

the Security Service of Ukraine:

• for development, application and support of technical protection systems of the information
• for the right of work in the field of cryptography protection of the confidential information

the State committee of Ukraine on questions of the state secret:

• for carrying out of the activity connected to the state secret

the State Architecture and Construction control administration of Kiev:

• for realization of special kinds of operations in designing and construction

the State supervision administration on labour safety:

• for operations on designing engineering networks and systems, devices of external engineering networks and the equipment, starting-up and adjustment operations of the technical equipment.
